Easy Flow Monitoring with the Badger FC-5000

We are excited to welcome the meter technologies and products of Badger Meters Flow Instrumentation Group. Among these products is the Badger Meter® FC-5000, a microprocessor-driven flow computer built to accurately monitor flow. The FC-5000 flow computer works with the full line of Badger Meter industrial flow meters to create a solution to totalize and indicate fluid flows.

Operating the FC-5000 is simple. Input signals can be scaled to any unit of measurement to easily measure and totalize flow rate, which can be easily viewed on the large, backlit display. Units configured with temperature sensor inputs will compensate for any fluid viscosity when there are process temperature variations. Furthermore, expansion and contraction of the flow meter housing is also taken into account.

In the event of a power failure, the FC-5000 memory will preserve all custom settings as well as totalization values. The plug and play terminals also make it simple to install the computer in just a few minutes.
