The MAC Tester is comprised of a domed base and seal that allow for easy rotation along a sphere so workers can quickly find an acceptable testing level. There is also a pair of measuring scales that allow for easy final volume off-level testing. The MAC Tester’s built-in flow gauge makes it simple to test a meter in a residential setting at a variety of flow rates.

Designed for accuracy and durability, the MAC Tester’s measuring chamber allows flexibility and it will consistently maintain a 0.5% accuracy tolerance provided the cylinder is not dented. Should an unusually wide temperature swing occur that may cause changes in the final volume, the variation remains under five ounces. Flow rates will not affect the final volume.

With the included port, draining the MAC Tester is a simple process. Once testing is complete, the user only needs to ease the shaft tension and lean the cylinder.
