For low flow and small volume dosing applications, the electromagnetic Liquid Controls HMS600 Micro-Flow Style Mag Meter is a powerful solution. It is available in several distinct diameters for pipe sizes as small as 1/8″ or up to ¾” and it can handle flow rates from .1 to 55 GPM. As for liquid temperature, the HMS can support temperatures as low as 32 degrees or up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Depending on the configuration chosen, the mag meter is either IP67 or IP68 water resistant.

The HMS600 has no internal moving parts and it measures on the inferential principal. It can efficiently handle very low flows of conductive fluids with the peace of mind of knowing the measurements delivered are highly accurate. The mag meter’s sturdy polypropylene body is perfectly suited for use in applications involving water and ensures long term durability.
