Model 1100 Meets Rigorous Flow Measurement Demands

When flow measurement applications require a rigorous solution, the Model 1100 turbine flow meter by Blancett is here to rise to the challenge. Originally used for oil recovery, this meter is an ideal tool to measure liquid flow regardless of whether it’s being used on or off the field.

The Model 1100 can be operated in any direction desired provided the “flow direction” arrow is aligned in the same direction as the line flow. Installation is simple and it can support pipe sizes as ½ an inch or even ten inches. Furthermore, the meter includes a wealth of features including accurate flow measurement in ranges from 0.6…5000 gmp (20…171,000 bpd) that are also repeatable.

Pair the meter with a flow monitor and the Model 1100 becomes an indispensable tool able to be used in pipelines, industrial applications, mining operations, and many more applications requiring a wide range of measurements. Even when dealing with corrosive and abrasive fluids that are common in industrial applications, the Model 1100 is able to maintain mechanical integrity and measurement accuracy.

How Advanced Metering Infrastructure Contributes to Water Conservation

In the eyes of many consumers, water is like air: vital to survival and assumed to be always accessible. They grudgingly accept the idea of paying for water, or more precisely, paying for the service of cleaning and delivering it to their tap, but it is much more difficult for them to accept the … Continued
