The Avanti Company Receives Itron Outstanding Performance Award

We are proud to announce that The Avanti Company recently received the Itron® Outstanding Performance Award for our work with Miami-Dade Water and Sewer’s Collection Department (MDWASD) on the development of a Wastewater Advanced Metering Infrastructure (WW AMI) solution.

Through collaboration with MDWASD, Avanti as well as the companies Utility Systems Science & Software (US3), Flowworks and Itron, we developed a system of coordinating Water and Wastewater data to identify Inflow and Infiltration and assist MDWASD with bringing wastewater basins into regulatory compliance.

We are now assisting other Utilities with enhancing their management capabilities using this solution. We want to give a sincere thanks to all of the members of the team for their efforts in helping to improve our industry.
